Dr. Markus Möhrle
Founder & Managing Director
Before founding nü people, Markus led an international group of companies in the engineering and IT services sector. Prior to that, he managed transformation programs at Roland Berger for clients in the automotive industry as well as mechanical and plant engineering.
Markus studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at RWTH Aachen University and Tsinghua University in Beijing. He later earned his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) at Fraunhofer IAPT.

Founder & Managing Director
Fabian discovered his passion for the HR tech space at his previous venture, where he co-founded Sharpist – the leading digital coaching platform for enterprises in the DACH region – and served as Managing Director.
Previously, Fabian was responsible for the growth of the travel platform GetYourGuide and worked as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.
Fabian holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Università Bocconi and completed a semester abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
