Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting; responsibility for preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB; reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts; performance of intercompany reconciliations and intercompany settlements between the companies; handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting; VAT returns and handling of other tax-related matters in cooperation with an external tax advisor; cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and internal contacts; participation in the further development and digitalization of financial processes; preparation of evaluations, analyses and reports. A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work and very good written and spoken German skills are required to handle complex tax and accounting matters reliably. Further training as a certified financial accountant (IHK) and English language skills are an advantage.
