Professional electrical and/or mechanical assembly of thermoformers and assemblies in compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations, e.g. VDE and UL. Independent inspection and careful documentation of assembly results, as well as close coordination with quality assurance to ensure quality standards are met. Identifying and reporting disruptions in the assembly process, e.g. missing parts or technical defects, as well as clarifying and resolving problems together with supervisors or specialist departments. Checking technical documentation such as circuit and pneumatic diagrams for accuracy, as well as carrying out and documenting necessary corrections. Supporting the commissioning of complete machines under the guidance of experienced employees. A completed relevant vocational training qualification and at least three years of relevant professional experience are required. Experience with assembly drawings and bills of materials, as well as a crane operator licence, are desirable. Exclusively on-site work; remote work is not possible.
