Admission as a German patent attorney and European representative (m/f/d) in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or process engineering. Work with independent responsibility for client matters in the areas of technical intellectual property rights, trademark and design law. Independent handling of clients and proceedings, drafting patent applications, conducting national and international examination proceedings, advising on freedom-to-operate issues and design-around solutions in the areas of design and trademarks.
