Process engineering and technical design of process plants for the beverage and food industry, with a focus on alcoholic beverages; creation and optimization of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), technical specifications and functional descriptions; selection, sizing and specification of tanks, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation and piping systems; supplier inquiries and evaluation of quotations; cost calculations and technical quotation texts; technical subproject management, including schedule, cost and interface management; tracking of delivery dates; analysis of contract documents; participation in discussions with customers and suppliers; support during commissioning; international project correspondence in German and English.
