We had talks with many AI leaders. The talks confirmed: nü people, with its deep semantic search approach, at the very forefront.
The first question we asked is: what is one human quality that will become more important in the age of AI?
The one human quality that I would believe to become more important in the age of AI is empathy, cause it's probably the one thing that is going to be hardest to replace or replicate artificially.
I think active listening and creativity. Creativity won't be able to be replaced by AI.
Probably empathy, and maybe creativity together. I think those two would be very hard to replace.
I would say the curation of taste.
I think strategic relationships with suppliers and customers are getting more and more important, and therefore empathy, and being able to understand what your customer or your supplier needs will be more and more important in the future.
I really do believe knowing how to deal with AI, how to use AI, how to prompt engineer, how to create AI models or tweak them. I think that is the key.
I think the most important human quality in the age of AI would be empathy – the ability to sort of connect with others and understand others and value other people.
