What's one thing you wish your team never had to do again? We spoke with many AI leaders, and their responses also align with how we are using AI at nü people.
It's probably a lot of manual data cleansing. The teams I work with digest tons of data and try to draw deep insights from it, and often the most of the work gets spent on the prep work, the mise en place. If you could skip that and go straight to the insights related work, I think that would make a lot of people's lives a lot easier and our work a lot lot more efficient.
Speaking of data quality: ensuring that all the systems talk to each other, that systems are not siloed, that the data doesn't reside in different places, having one consolidated – I would say warehouse can also vetted – the data quality, the top notch.
I wish my team will never have to do again a lot of the admin tasks, anything dealing with the insurances or like other compliance aspects and so on, things that can be that are very standard, but they need they're important they need to need to be done, but I don't wanna deal with those things. I think that if we could automate somehow that'd be fantastic.
I wish that our faculty didn't have … because they're missing important critical thinking skills.
It's a lot of manual work and tedious analysis that any AI in the future hopefully can do. Preparing meetings and preparing all the data analysis should be a thing of the past, and we should really focus on the strategic insights and the relationship building.
One of the worst is probably unnecessary admin, things that should be automated and they're still doing manually right now.
I hope my team can avoid boring paperwork, pushing files around, doing things that are really a waste of time, and spend more time on interesting things.
